What Shipping Options Are Available?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within United States, with no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

We currently only ship within Ghana. We are continuously working with our shipping partners to expand our reach.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options range from 1-3 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We offer a hassle-free returns policy within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What Do I Do If I Receive A Damaged Or Defective Item?
